New to AA in Dumaguete
The first meeting begins before you enter the room.
People study the map, look online, walk past the venue, return to the website, and wait for a day when walking inside feels possible.
That is not unusual. Familiarity reduces part of the fear. You can arrive early, choose a chair anywhere, and listen until the room becomes familiar.
You do not owe anyone a prepared story. You do not need the right words.

Another is in Lipayo, Dauin, at a location described as across from Sierra Resort. Seeing the setting before leaving can make the place easier to recognize when you arrive.
